1. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipment: Customers can request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it has been handed over to our courier partner. To cancel, please email us immediately at
contact@aaniclothing.storewith your Order ID. A full refund will be processed automatically. - After Shipment: Once an order is shipped out from our facility in Dubagaon, Dimapur, it cannot be canceled. It must instead be treated under our standard Return Policy after delivery.
2. Return Policy Timelines
- We offer a 7-Day Return Window. You have exactly 7 days from the physical delivery date shown on the courier tracking link to request a return.
- Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, the clothing items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- In their original packaging with all custom Aani tags attached securely.
- Free from any fragrances, makeup stains, or alterations.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and health safety standard compliance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-tailored or altered apparel.
- Accessories and innerwear.
- Clearance or “Final Sale” items.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Send an email to
animasangma6351@gmail.comwith the subject line: Return Request – [Your Order ID]. - Include a clear photograph of the item showing that the tags are intact.
- Once our operations team reviews and approves your request, we will provide you with the return shipping address for our fulfillment node in Dubagaon, Dimapur, 797116.
- Note: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for booking and paying for the return courier delivery back to our location.
5. Refund Processing Timeline (Razorpay Integration)
- Once your returned clothing item is received and undergoes a manual quality inspection, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
- If approved, your refund will be initialized immediately.
- The Money Timeline: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (your UPI account, Credit/Debit card, or NetBanking wallet) via Razorpay.
- According to standard banking protocols, the refunded amount will appear in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
