Thank you for shopping at Aani Clothing Store, owned and operated by Anima Sangma. We are dedicated to delivering your curated minimalist apparel safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Delivery Policy.


1. Order Processing Timelines

  • All orders are processed, packed, and dispatched from our primary fulfillment node in Dubagaon, Dimapur (797116).
  • Standard order processing takes 1 to 2 business days.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or regional public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days; we will contact you immediately via email (animasangma6351@gmail.com) if a significant delay occurs.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your package is handed over to our trusted third-party courier partners, the estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Local & Regional Delivery (Nagaland & Northeast India): 3 to 5 business days.
  • Rest of India (Metros & Major Cities): 5 to 7 business days.
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities (Rest of India): 7 to 9 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by logistics partners and actual delivery dates may vary slightly due to weather conditions or transit logistics.


3. Shipping Rates & Charges

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated automatically and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.
  • We may offer promotional “Free Shipping” across India on orders above a specific cart value, which will be stated dynamically on our homepage banner.

4. Shipment Tracking & Confirmations

  • As soon as your order is dispatched, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
  • This email will contain your unique tracking ID and a direct link to the courier partner’s tracking portal (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, or India Post) so you can monitor your package journey in real-time.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

Aani Clothing Store takes utmost care in packaging our premium apparel safely.

  • If you receive your package in a severely damaged condition or if the outer courier seal is broken, please take a clear photograph before opening it and contact us immediately at animasangma6351@gmail.com.
  • Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods to help us file a dispute and process a replacement or refund for you via Razorpay.

6. International Shipping

Currently, Aani Clothing Store only ships within India. We do not accept international orders or ship to addresses outside of India at this time.
